Current responsibilities:
- Formation & handholding of Millets Farmers Producer Organization (FPOs) to create them as start-ups(FPO Project)
- Entrepreneurship development among millets producers through consultancy/Training(DBT Societal Project)
- Capacity building of national & international millet stakeholders in Processing & value addition
- Creation of demand for millets in non-millets growing areathrough Innovative Millet Extension, Research & Trainingat farmgate
- Developing linkages among millets producers and consumers
Recent 3 major contributions:
- Formed Six Millets FPOs & created market linkages
- Established Millets Processing Custom Hiring Centers at Farm Gate
- Developed web-enabled Interactive Information Delivery system (WIIDS) as a part of Ph.D. program

- Certified Farm Advisory Program on Millets in Collaboration with MANAGE, Hyderabad.
